The Role
- Office management
- Screening calls
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Social media savvy; will be required to do posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Plus
- Managing and responding to the incoming emails and mail
- Answering phone calls and inquiries
- Coordinating, organizing and maintaining schedule of meetings and appointments
- Scheduling training events and dealing with clients for payment processing
Key responsibilities/ The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with self-organizational capabilities
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Willing to work "outside the box" hours and be a creative social media savvy
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate well with all levels of management and staff with other companies both within and outside of the group
- At least 1 to 2 years of Personal/Executive Assistant, or other relevant work experience, is required
- Experience in the IT Industry and knowledge of IT will be a major asset
- Basic accounting skills would be considered an asset
